Father Father I come as I am.
Father Father how do I follow your plan; how do I follow your plan as I am?
Father Father I don’t feel I belong; Father Father where did I go wrong?
Father Father whisper in my ear; Father Father tell me what I need to hear.
Father Father it’s your will; it is your will that I want to fulfill.
Father Father sometimes my faith feels so weak; Father Father I need to hear you speak.
Father Father is there anything to fear; as long as I stay near?
Father Father whisper in my ear; Father Father tell me what I need to hear.

Dear Seeking Sister,
I wrote that poem on September 28, 2014 during my morning drive to work. I was talking into my iPhone’s notepad app as I thought of the words. The words flowed out of me. I was kind of singing them and when something sounded right, I recorded it via voice to text.
Today, March 14, 2016 I came across those words and with a little wordsmith and spell correction, I decided to post the poem here.
I am not a poet. Although, I did write The Sin Poem too. When I came across the Father Father words on my phone today, I remember how I felt when I first wrote them. I can still feel the passion in my words. I feel like an urgent desire comes across in the tempo.
I hope you enjoy it.
In His Grip,
Tammy
